Import STR & GSS info directly into Nimble and get a consolidated view on the dashboard. The STAR program is used by the global hotel industry as a vital revenue management tool. The report benchmarks a hotel’s performance against its competitive aggregate and local market. The STAR program tracks and delivers monthly, weekly and daily data. GSS Review lets you gather value direct feedback from your customers and know the guest satisfaction scores with the market trends comparison.

Steps:
  • Navigate to Home → Tool & Utilities → STR Data Import.
  • Select Corporation, Year and Month.
  • Click on browse to upload the file and Click on Import STR Data and STR reports can be generated for that time period.

Steps:
  • Navigate to Home → Tools & Utilities → click on GSS.
  • Click on the Add New button.
  • First Step - Comments Configuration:
  1. This Configuration will be used to import Feedback (Response) file.
  2. Select the Corporation for which you are configuring the GSS.
  3. Under the Comments Configuration fill the File Column with the data from the downloaded comments file and select the Type accordingly either Date or Comment and go to the Next File column.
  • Second Step - Scorecard Configuration:
    1. Under the Scorecard Configuration fill out the Heading and Data Field columns from the downloaded GSS Score File.
    2. Now Select the Sample Size accordingly from Outer, Inner or None.
    3. Click on Add Row to add new rows to insert more data to configure.
  • Third step - Comments & keywords:
    1. In Comments tab, under Keywords column enter different types of keywords that we usually receive in the feedback forms like Good, Bad, Nice, Train, and Issue etc.
    2. Now select the Type (Nature) of Keyword from Favourable, Neutral and Adverse.
    3. Now click on the Save & Close to save the GSS configuration.
