Nimble enables Integration with various PMS systems including, Opera, ONQ, etc. Once the PMS is Integrated, the daily sales will be imported into Nimble automatically. We’ll take care of every step involved in the daily sales automation process.

How to approve daily sales?

Steps:
  • Login to your account.
  • Navigate to Receivables section from the Homescreen.
  • Click on Daily Sales.
  • Open your existing unapproved daily sales by clicking on ‘Edit’ button.
  • Crosscheck the information with your night audit report.
  • Make necessary changes if required.
  • Click on ‘Approve & Update’.

  • Navigate to Receivables section from the Homescreen.
  • Click on Daily Sales.
  • All the existing daily sales will be displayed.

How can I see Occupancy, ADR and RevPAR info?

In Nimble Property, you can see the Occupancy, ADR and RevPAR details by accessing ‘Daily Sale Report’ from the Reports Section.

  • Navigate to Reports section from the Homescreen.
  • Under Income & Sales section, click on Daily Sale Report.
  • Select the corporation name, select the time period and click on Show.
  • The desired data will be displayed.
